CELEBRATE

So I've been doing this blog for about 3 weeks and the next few weeks we are going to be kicking it up a few notches. Congrats to all of you that have complete any of the workouts on the blog. I know that sometimes they might seem to hard or to much but, please know that when you push yourself outside your comfort zone it's only benefiting you. It may have just been a few weeks ago that you were new to exercise and didn't think that you'd  survive. Just look at you now you're working out on a regular basis, improving your diet and making healthy decisions on a daily basis. Anytime you try to make health conscious changes in your life it's important to remember that it's not about the number on scale but, about the way you feel. It can take some time to see changes on the scale but don't let that detour you from your goals. Remember the way you feel after a tough workout or that accomplished feeling you have when you make a good decision. Todays workout is 45 minutes of cardio and spend some time stretching out all  of your muscles today. We are going to start amping up our workouts and getting out of our comfort zones starting tomorrow. So pat yourself on the back for a job well done the last 3 weeks and get ready for some booty blasting, calorie burning, ab slimming, high intensity circuits.

It takes 4 weeks for you to notice a difference
8 weeks for your friends and family to notice
12 weeks for the rest of the world <3
