Moody Monday

It's so easy to get stuck in the mood of typical mondays but you can change that with one workout. Working out puts you in a better mood and has a ton of health benefits and not to mention the toned body that comes with it. Most people have it set in their head that they have to start workout and fitness plans on mondays but the truth is you can start it anytime of the week. It's really pretty simple you change your life my changing your mind. Nothing is impossible for the willing mind and we all have the power to reach our goals and control our lives. It all starts with changing your mind and making the right choices for you. It all starts with you believing in yourself and giving 100% in every workout because you are worth it. You have a choice everyday to be sore tomorrow or be sorry tomorrow.


MOODY Monday

45 minutes of cardio

CIRCUIT 1
40 jumping jacks
30 squats
30 sec wall sits
30 sec rest

CIRCUIT 2
50 crunches
40 lunges (alternating legs 20 ea)
15 push ups
30 sec rest

CIRCUIT 3
15 Burpees
30 sec plank
10 Burpees
30 sec plank


Rest for 2 minutes and repeat
Complete all circuits 3 times through
