Over the years a woman goes though many body changes during teens, twenties and after giving birth. It is important to stay positive and look at the good in all the changes. You might not be the size you were when you were 20 but you can make it your goal to at the best at any stage. It's not always easy to follow a plan and have weight fall off after having a baby but having a goal and sticking to it will be worth your while. Accepting the changes in your body and in yourself will make you more confident and dedicated. Focus on all the journeys your body has let you make it though over the years and the ones still come. 20 Lunges
