Eat JUNK and LOOK LIKE JUNK!!

The amount of americans that are overweight is increasing every year and it's getting out of control. Nows the time to take control of your own body and make wise decisions. One of the main culprits is sugar and it's found in all kinds of foods but one of the biggest sugary drinks including soda. The average american adult consumes 22 tsp of sugar a day and the average child consumes 32 tsp daily. There are many side effects that our caused from sugar such as insomnia, manic depression, dizziness, card disease, allergies, hypertension, tooth decay, obesity, ADD/ADHD, type 2 diabetes and hypoglycemia. In a 64 oz soda there are 53 tsp of sugar that is almost 10 times your recommended daily value. Women should aim for 5 tsp and men for 9 tsp the average american drinks 53 gallons of soda a year. So swap out a few of those sugary drinks for a nice cold glass of ice water and watch your waist shrink. I'm not saying that all the weight we gain is from sugar but I am saying that it is a big contributing factor that we can control.

10 Push ups

30 sec Jump squats

* Rest for 3-5 min and repeat* Aim to complete 3 times
