You are more than enough

It's so easy to zoom in on something we perceive as a flaw and beat ourselves up over it. We women do that to ourselves all the time. We will obsess over every stretch mark, the size of our arms, our thighs and whatever else we see. So this weekend I want you to take some time to jot down a few inspirational sayings on post-its and stick them around the house.When the weekend approaches again it's the perfect opportunity to slip up on your routine but, having a little inspiration will go a long a way. Just remember that you are doing this for you and it's the perfect time to re think your goals and what it's going to take to get you there. So this weekend stay centered and focused think about all the time and effort you put in this week.

45 min of Cardio

AB ATTACK

30 sec plank
30 sec rest
15 sec plank (with left foot lifted 2 in off floor)
15 sec plank (with right foot lifted 2 in off floor)
30 sec rest
30 sec plank
30 sec rest
20 Knee to elbow (in plank positon bring left knee to left elbow)
20 Knee to elbow (right knee to right elbow)

REPEAT 4 TIMES !


 PLANK: Lie face down with forearms on the floor and hands clasped. Extend the legs behind the body and rise up on the toes. Keeping the back straight, tighten the core and hold the position.
